In this paper, optimal design of hybrid solar-wind- diesel energy system with battery storage for reliable load in Arsoon village in Ardabil is presented. The village has 35 households that mean daily energy consumption is estimated 63.4 KWh. In this design optimization is implemented, considering Loss of Power Supply Probability (LPSP) index for reliable load providing, with minimum total construction cost in the site that using a new evolutional algorithm based on, socio- political human behavior is used. The results for the cost of solar- diesel, wind - diesel and solar –wind – diesel systems are compared. In order to find out the least expenditure and best combination, the result of algorithm compared with HOMER software results..Finally, power diagram of hybrid power system components and reliability diagram battery bank state of charge diagram) for solar- diesel , wind- diesel and solar-wind –diesel systems is presented. Finally the cost of fuel consumption using the hybrid system and diesel system is present.
