Difference in salt concentration between the different parts of the marine engender causes the currents marine. The flow is the counter- clockwise in the Persian Gulf with average flow speed is 0.5 [m/s]. It flows to the Persian Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz and traverse the first of Iranian coast then the Arabic coast. Khoran Strait is between the Iranian Plateau and the Qeshm island. It’s Strait is narrow and very long and the tide impressing of the currents marine on strait. By tidal the currents marine speed 2 [m/s] and thus it the flow can extracting energy and production of electricity. In this paper, has been investigated tidal energy potential and hydrodynamic Qeshm Strait and thus designed an the converter device for currents marine energy with efficiency of 30%. It the device can doubling speed of flow and can production of electricity with a capacity 1.1 Kw.
