In order to label the building lighting system, firstly, the light intensity of different spaces of the building is modeled using the lumen method based on the space index. Then, the building light energy ratio index is modeled according to the light intensity ratio of the studied building to the standard building light intensity. In order to make the proposed method more practical, temporal and spatial parameters are also considered in the relation of building light energy ratio. In other words, the light energy ratio of the building is modeled by considering the energy consumption during the day, energy consumption during the night, the duration of sunlight availability on different days of the year, weather conditions, and the area of different building spaces. Finally, by implementing the light energy ratio of the building and show how to calculate its various parameters, the energy classification of the building lighting system is presented using the energy classes A+++ to G. According to the results of the project and the proposed classification, if the energy consumption of the lighting system of a building is maximumly 10 percent more than the energy consumption of the lighting system of the standard building, it has the competence to get the energy label A.
