fa مدل دینامیکی جدید برای بررسی اثرات انرژی های نو بر رفتار ایجاد شغل در ایران ساير موضوعات مرتبط با انرژي Others پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">در این مقاله مدل دینامیکی جدیدی برای بررسی اثرات اشتغالی فرایند کارآفرینی در حوزه انرژی های نو در ایران ارائه شده است. عوامل موثر بر فرایند کارآفرینی در حوزه انرژی های نو بصورت سه زیر مدل شامل: سرمایه گذاری، اشتغال و اقتصاد انرژی در نظر گرفته شده است. سیستم کلی با یک سیستم بازخورد که از طریق تعاملات زیر مدل ها ارائه شده است، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. به منظور اعتبارسنجی مدل، نتایج شبیه سازی با داده های واقعی مقایسه شده اند. مدل دینامیکی پیشنهادی جهت شبیه سازی اثرات برخی سیاست ها روی رفتار شاخص های اشتغال در حوزه انرژی های نو در ایران بکار گرفته شده است. نتایج این مطالعه نه تنها اطلاعات مفیدی برای دولت، بخش خصوصی و مشتریان در ایران ارائه می دهد بلکه برای سایر نقاط مشابه ایران در جهان نیز قابل بکارگیری است.</p> <p>In this paper, it is tried to propose a new dynamic model for investigating the employment effects of the entrepreneurial process in the field of renewable energy in Iran. The factors effective in the entrepreneurial process in the field of renewable energy (RE) were considered as three sub-models including investment, employment and energy-economics. The general system was analyzed by a feedback system which is provided by the interactions of sub-models. For model validation, the simulated results from the model were compared with the actual data. The proposed dynamic model was applied in order to simulate the effect of some policies on the behavior of employment indicators in the field of RE in Iran.
