fa بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی در بخش کوره کارخانه سیمان آبیک: رویکرد خوشه‌بندی داده‌ها مديريت انرژي، بهینه سازی و اصلاح الگوی مصرف Energy Management, Conservation and Rational Use of Energy پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">بهای تمام شده تولید سیمان در سطح جهان وابستگی زیادی به سطح دستمزدها ، بهای انرژی و در دسترس بودن مواد اولیه دارد. با بررسی صورتهای مالی شرکتهای حاضر در بورس ، هزینه های تولید ، از جمله سهم بهای انرژی از کل هزینه ها را می توان قریب به 27% برآورد کرد، که این امر اهمیت بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی و مدیریت صحیح مصرف آن را آشکار می نماید. در این راستا ایجاد مدلهای ریاضی و یافتن نقاط بهینه مصرف بر اساس عوامل تاثیرگذار اهمیت بسزایی می یابد، با توجه به ثبت اطلاعات کارکرد تجهیزات و مصارف انرژی و وجود پایگاه داده مربوطه، استفاده از تکنیکهای داده کاوی برای ایجاد مدل مصرف انرژی میسر می گردد. در این مقاله با استفاده از خوشه بندی به عنوان یکی از تکنیک های داده کاوی، به ایجاد یک مدل توصیفی پرداخته شده که از طریق آن به یافتن روش بهینه کارکرد دپارتمان کوره، جهت بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی، اقدام شده است. با اجرای راهبرد بدست آمده از مدل توصیفی، قریب به 5 درصد در متوسط انرژی الکتریکی به ازای تن محصول (<span dir="LTR">Kwh/ton</span>) و متوسط انرژی حرارتی (<span dir="LTR">kcal/kgcli</span>) به میزان 57/4 درصد بصورت تواما&quot; کاهش خواهیم داشت.</p> <p>Cost of cement producing all over the world depends on to the level of wages, energy cost and availability of raw materials. By investigating financial statements of various companies at the stock market, the share of electrical and fuel costs are nearly 27 percent of total costs and this plays the important role in right management of energy consumption. In this regard mathematics modeling and finding optimum points based on effective factors is very important. According to data recording equipment operation and energy consumption and corresponding database, using data mining techniques to create models of energy consumption is possible. In this paper, using clustering as a data mining techniques, to create a descriptive model has been paid to finding the best way through which the Department of kiln operation, to optimize energy consumption.
