fa عوامل تاثیرگذار بر قراردادهای مهندسی، تدارکات و ساخت پروژه‌های انتقال صنعت برق ساير موضوعات مرتبط با انرژي Others كاربردي Applicable <span dir="RTL">در ایران، صنعت برق با تامین انرژی الکتریکی مورد نیاز صنعت و مصرفی مردم به عنوان یکی از صنایع زیربنایی در توسعه و پیشرفت کشور محسوب می‌شود و شرکت‌ها‌ی برق منطقه‌ای متولی انتقال نیروی برق از حوزه تولید به حوزه توزیع می‌باشند. در همین راستا سالیانه تعداد زیادی از پروژه‌های‌کلان ملی به منظور انتقال نیروی برق در سراسرکشور اجرا می‌شوند. از این رو شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل تاثیر‌گذار بر پروژه‌های انتقال نیروی برق کشور عمدتا یک مسئله جدی و چند معیاره است و برای صنعت برق کشور ایران اهمیت استراتژیک دارد. لذا هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر قراردادهای </span>EPC<span dir="RTL">&nbsp; پروژه‌های انتقال نیروی برق کشور با روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره و مدل فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی است که به روش توصیفی- اکتشافی و با شیوه پیمایشی تک مقطعی به انجام رسید و در گام بعدی نویسنده با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نسبت به ارائه راهکارهای عملی اقدام نمود.&nbsp;</span> In Iran, the electricity industry is considered as one of the underlying industries in the development of the country with the supply of electrical energy needed by the industry and the people consuming it. In line with this, a large number of national large scale projects are implemented annually to transfer electricity across the country. Therefore, identifying and prioritizing the factors affecting electricity transmission projects in the country is mainly a serious and multi-criteria issue and is of strategic importance for the Iranian electricity industry. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to identify and prioritize the influential factors on EPC contracts of multi-criteria decision making and hierarchical analytical process modeling of the country&#39;s electricity transmission projects.
