The most important issue that today is the main barrier to using solar energy is its economic justifiably as compared to other electrication methods. The purpose of this paper is to feasible the construction of a 1 MW photovoltaic power plant connected to the network in order to provide part of the electrical charge required by the industrial city of Ilam in the district of Sheshdar. For this purpose, the technical-economical analysis of the use of this system has been done using RetScreen software. The results of this study indicate that the use of this system in the industrial city will be utilized by using 4000 solar panels of 250 Watts and 2 inverters of 500 kW at 1628.8 MWh per year, with a return on investment of 12.7% and a return on investment of 8.8 years. During this time, 960 tons of greenhouse gas emissions will be avoided.
