fa تعیین رتبه ایران براساس شاخص های علم و فن آوری در زمینه هیدروژن و پیل سوختی بین کشورهای هدف مدل هاي برنامه ريزي انرژی Energy Planning Models پژوهشي Research <div style=text-align: justify direction: rtl> به منظور سیاست گذاری مناسب در حوزه فن آوری پیل سوختی لازم است تا وضعیت این فن آوری در کشور مورد پایش قرارگرفته و ارزیابی گردد. ارزیابی هر فن آوری نیازمند شناسایی شاخص های مرتبط با حوزه فن آوری است. در این مقاله، ارزیابی فن آوری پیل سوختی با استفاده از برخی شاخص های خاص علم و فن آوری(مقالات و ثبت اختراعات) انجام می شود. این ارزیابی، نگرشی بر وضعیت این فن آوری در کشور را ارایه می دهد و زمینه ساز سیاست گذاری های بعدی و توسعه فن آوری پیل سوختی در کشور در راستای تحقق اهداف سند راهبرد ملی توسعه فن آوری پیل سوختی خواهد بود. نتیجه این ارزیابی جایگاه ایران در این دو حوزه روشن می نماید. </div> <div style=text-align: justify> Determination the situation of the fuel cell technology in the country is necessary Due to appropriate policy making in the fuel cell category. Implementation of each technology needs recognizing related indicators. In this paper, we considered fuel cell technology situation with using of some special indicators of science and technology (papers and patents). This implementation has presented a concept on this technology situation and be the base for the future policy making and develop the fuel cell technology in the country with covering the national strategy of Iran fuel cell technology development targets.
