fa شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی موانع بهینه‌سازی مصارف انرژی در نیروهای مسلح ایران مديريت انرژي، بهینه سازی و اصلاح الگوی مصرف Energy Management, Conservation and Rational Use of Energy پژوهشي Research <p>هدف اصلی این تحقیق، شناسایی موانع بهینه‌سازی مصارف انرژی و رتبه‌بندی آن‌ها بر اساس نظر خبرگان، در نیروهای مسلح ایران می‌باشد. این پژوهش، به‌صورت توصیفی- پیمایشی در سال 1394 دریکی از رده‌های نظامی انجام‌شده است. حجم جامعه آماری شامل 105 نفر از مسئولین ارشد و کارشناسان معاونت‌های مهندسی که وظیفه امر اصلاح الگوی مصارف انرژی در نیروهای مسلح را به عهده‌دارند، بوده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل دو پرسشنامه می‌باشد و موانع بهینه‌سازی مصارف انرژی، با تحقیقات کتابخانه‌ای استخراج شد. روش مورداستفاده برای تعیین اوزان و رتبه‌بندی هر مانع، روش AHP بوده است. بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای موانع بهینه‌سازی مصارف انرژی شامل موانع مدیریتی، اطلاعاتی، مالی و فرهنگی می‌باشد و یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد، شاخص‌های موانع بی‌رغبتی مدیریت ارشد سازمان و عدم وجود سرمایه‌گذاری جهت انجام پروژه‌های بهینه‌سازی با ضرایب اهمیت 3055/0 و 2019/0 در رتبه‌های اول و دوم و مانع هزینه بالای شناسایی فرصت‌های بهینه‌سازی با ضریب اهمیت 0399/0 در آخرین رتبه قرار دارد. سازمان نیروهای مسلح می‌تواند با برنامه‌ریزی‌های دقیق فرماندهان ارشد در راستای اصلاح الگوی مصرف و تخصیص اعتبار درست جهت سرمایه‌گذاری پروژه‌های بهینه‌سازی و با انجام اقدامات فرهنگی و تدوین ضوابط قانونی جهت بالا بردن حس مسئولیت در کارکنان، بستری مناسب، جهت پیاده‌سازی سیاست‌های انرژی ایجاد نماید.</p> <p>The main goal of the study is identification and ranking of Energy Efficiency Barriers on the base of Expert view in the armed forces of Iran. This study is a descriptive and survey research in 2014-2015 in one of the branches of the military in the armed forces of Iran. The Statistical population of the study was 105 personals of Energy Engineering and Management Department. We found the main barriers in Library studies (Managerial, Information, Financial and Cultural Barriers) and we used 2 questionnaires in survey part of the research. AHP method was used to rank barriers. Findings showed that the reluctance of senior management (Important Coefficient: 0.3055) the lack of funding for improvement projects (Important Coefficient: 0.2019) are the most important barriers and the high cost of Identification opportunities for improvement (Important Coefficient: 0.2019) has the lowest Important Coefficient.
