The amount of incoming solar radiation that enters the Earth (solar radidition) is called. A set of input radiation wavelength ultraviolet, visible and infrared. Appropriate radiation the Earth receives one of the parameters needed for water resources, environment and agriculture. This parameter is rarely measured in weather stations and so much empirical methods to estimate using other meteorological parameters are presented. In this study Neuro-fuzzy model (ANFIS) and experimental models Angstrom and Hargreaves - Samani solar radiation can be estimated. To find the appropriate model to estimate the intensity of solar radiation received by radiation level data from synoptic stations in the provinces of North Khorasan and Sistan va Baluchestan in the period of five years and seven years, respectively, were used included in the data statistics for sunshine hours, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, average relative humidity. For training, testing and validation of models, respectively 60%, 25% and 15% of data were used. In this study, an experimental method based on sunshine hours and temperature are, respectively, the estimated solar radiation for both calibration and evaluation of Zahedan and Bojnourd stations. The results of the model were compared to experimental and Neuro-fuzzy models, the model estimates Neuro-fuzzy better than empirical models are estimated radiation.
