Abstract:   (8758 Views)
In order to evaluate the I-V characteristics of fabricated cells, Different types of photoelectrodes having different thicknesses of TiO2 (7, 14, 28 and 36 micron) were produced by squeegee printing. The analysis showed higher surface roughness and higher porosity with increasing the thickness of photoelectrodes resulting a higher dye absorption by fabricated photoelectrodes. The highest fill factor and efficiency under illumination with tungstan light source of 150 W with an incident light of 300 W/m2 were 68% and 3.9% for 14 and 7 micron photoelectrodes respectively.
