Review and prioritize of appropriate standards for the construction of grid connected photovoltaic power plants using the AHP

| The first step in the implementation of photovoltaic power plants is to obey the international standards in the construction of such plants. Due to the simplicity of the Persian text standards for photovoltaic power plants to utilize by PV experts in Iran, standards have been developed by Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran. The aim of this article is gathering Standards in this field and select high-priority standard for introducing them. During this survey about 600 standards were collected. After a two-stage filtering 20 standards selected for final review. Despite the different criteria for selecting high priority standards, we realized that it is a multi-criteria decision making problem. Therefore, in this paper, hierarchical analysis (AHP) which is a powerful tool to model quantitative and qualitative criterias has been used in this survey. Options and criteria for identifying an appropriate model of decision making and the comparisons made in this model. Finally 5 standards for developing selected. |
